Our client is in the process of implementing Coupa with a two-phase rollout. Phase 1 is going live in a few weeks, with Phase 2 scheduled for December. The ideal candidate has Coupa experience to support supplier onboarding and enablement during for rollouts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with suppliers to onboard them onto the Coupa platform (4,400+ suppliers).
- Guide suppliers through the enablement process and get their agreement to use Coupa.
- Enable strategic suppliers using cXML and punchout capabilities within the Coupa system.
- Identify which suppliers should have catalogs and assist with catalog setup.
- Use basic Excel skills for tracking and managing supplier data.
- Act as a Coupa super user, helping ensure successful adoption and system readiness.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience with the Coupa Platform, particularly supplier enablement and the contracts module.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with suppliers, internal teams, and leadership.
